• Stress Level Test (perceived stress and coping ability)
• Social Anxiety Screen (social anxiety tendencies)
• Sleep Quality Assessment (sleep patterns and routine)

3. Privacy & Data Collection

Mindtest is committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices include:

• Account Information: We store only a username and encrypted password for login purposes.
• Assessment Data: All answers are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and are never transmitted to our servers.
• No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share your real name, email, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Cookies: We use localStorage for interface preferences (theme). We do not use tracking cookies.

• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices

6. Limitation of Liability

Mindtest and its team members shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this Platform, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or incomplete assessment results
• Reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• Any mental or emotional effects from completing assessments
• Third-party content or advertisements displayed on the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
